Credit Violation Review & Authorization Agreement
By submitting this agreement, you authorize Credit Law Detectives ("we," "us," or "our") to perform the following services on your behalf:
1. Authorization to Review Credit Information
You authorize Credit Law Detectives to review your credit report and related information for the purpose of identifying possible credit reporting errors or violations, including potential violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
2. Identification of Potential Violations
You understand that our review is intended to identify possible inaccuracies, errors, or violations reported by creditors, debt collectors, or credit reporting agencies. This review does not guarantee that violations will be found.
3. Free Dispute Letter
If a potential violation is identified, you authorize Credit Law Detectives to prepare and send a dispute letter at no cost to challenge the identified issue(s) with the appropriate credit reporting agency or furnisher.
4. Referral to Affiliate Legal Team
If a reported violation is not corrected after the dispute process, you authorize Credit Law Detectives to forward your file and supporting documentation to our affiliate legal team for further review and potential legal action.
You understand:

Referral to an affiliate legal team does not guarantee legal action or compensation

Any legal claim is subject to attorney review, eligibility, and applicable credit laws
5. No Guarantee of Results
You acknowledge that:

Eligibility for further review or legal claims depends on individual circumstances

Compensation, if any, is determined by applicable law and case-specific facts
6. No Attorney-Client Relationship
You understand that submitting this agreement and questionnaire does not create an attorney-client relationship with Credit Law Detectives or any affiliated legal partner unless a separate agreement is executed with an attorney.
7. Accuracy of Information
You confirm that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or incomplete information may affect eligibility for review.
